Steam 2x scaling on linux

I had a problem with KDE using fractional scaling where the Steam UI is still too small at 1x. I solved using the environment variable STEAM_FORCE_DESKTOPUI_SCALING =2

Added it to /etc/environment file and rebooted

STEAM_FORCE_DESKTOPUI_SCALING=2
